Ted M. Riseling established the Firm in 1978. The Firm has grown and is presently staffed by three attorneys: Ted M. Riseling, Jeff K. Rhodes and Jason M. Fields. Mr. Riseling is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Firm and Mr. Rhodes is Vice President.     The office support staff consists of three highly qualified full-time individuals who have worked with the firm or its predecessor with a combined service of over 50 years.       Mr. Riseling's personal assistant, Gloria Craig has been with the firm since inception. Connie Kelly has been with the Firm for over 10 years. Alison Layton has been with the Firm approximately 5 years.
