The Firm charges for its legal services in one of two ways. First, most estate planning matters (such as the preparation of (a) a comprehensive revocable trust estate plan, (b) educational trusts or (c) life insurance trusts) are performed on a fixed fee basis. The fixed fee includes all of the office visits and legal work required to establish and complete the particular estate plan.

Second, other legal services such as the preparation of estate tax returns, probate matters, guardianship matters and general consultation on financial estate planning matters are performed on an hourly rate basis. Either way, Mr. Riseling or Mr. Rhodes will be happy to quote an exact fee for any estate planning services and can render a very good estimate of the time required for any particular matter charged on an hourly rate basis.
