Mr. Rhodes is also a Tulsa native who attended the University of Tulsa.
Mr. Rhodes completed course work earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - major in accounting in 1986.
After graduating from T.U. with an accounting degree, Mr. Rhodes studied law full time for one year. In 1987, after the enactment of the Tax Reform Act of 1986, Mr. Rhodes left law school temporarily to earn an advanced Accounting Degree in Taxation.
In the summer of 1988 Mr. Rhodes earned a Masters in Tax from the University of Tulsa Graduate School of Business.
After earning his MTAX, Mr. Rhodes returned to law school part time while working full time as an accountant with a large Tulsa accounting firm.

In 1991, Mr. Rhodes earned his third degree from the University of Tulsa, a juris doctor. Mr. Rhodes has been a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant since 1992.
Mr. Rhodes is a member and a past president of both the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum and the Tulsa Tax Forum.
Mr. Rhodes was invited to join the Tulsa Title and Probate Lawyers Association in 1999. Mr.
Rhodes is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and retirement matters and has participated in the estate planning programs at The Williams Companies, the City of Tulsa, and many others.
Mr. Rhodes handles the Firm's probate, guardianship and estate tax return matters in addition to his estate planning practice.
